Get Fit America for Kids LIVE Contest- Win the DVD

I love this DVD for the kids at the Pre-K and in my own home- it’s great to have a physical activity to do on rainy days, in the winter, and just to relax and unwind together.  Because sometimes?  I just don’t want to go down the slide!  LOL  I have used this DVD at least weekly since I got it, and it has been a “go to” for me at the Pre-School.  Can I tell you?  When there is 20+ kids that need to go outside and can’t, this is a real saving grace for me! 

Kids can learn some great heath and fitness ideas from this DVD, get on the path to staying active and healthy, and start out on the right foot- being active- or for those kids who need some motivation?  They can do so with the caring guidance of Mom/Dad and the instructor Scott Cole.   And you can learn with your child- this is a great opportunity for a  family activity, so join in! 
My kids and class are aged 2.5 – 7, and only the 2 year olds were unable to follow.  But they had fun trying, and I think it is a great example for them to see.  Plus, they will learn the “moves” and exercises in time- plus it is a great way to start them out on the right foot- by watching older siblings, and mom and dad!  (Plus- Scott makes it fun- so your kids won’t dislike doing this!)
