Clone Wars is the best thing to happen to the prequel universe of Star Wars, since well…. since the hype started for Episode One, really. It’s got adventure, excitement, fresh ideas, and of course the classic Jedi vs Sith. And the actual clones are really interesting too. If you have not watched give it a shot, sit down with your little guy or girl so you can suck them into your dork-dom. 🙂 (You all know by now I am a major, major geek, right?) LOL
Hasbro has put out some awesome toys to support the show and the current line is even cooler then the last, if that’s possible. The new Anakin figure not only do you get a cool figure that is fully articulated, a light saber, and a helmet- but you also get a card and dice for the new Galactic Battle card game. You can reenact the breach of the Frigate with Anakin to retrieve the holocron. What I like about this figure is is easy to actually move around and play with. He isn’t stuck in one awkward position, holding one hand and one foot sideways. Little hates it when his toys don’t stand up, or stay standing. It is one of his pet peeves and I bet, Anakin could actually help keep some of his other toys up. 🙂
