This is a really easy summer recipe. I never really do it the same but the base is the same. Cream cheese, whipped topping and a pie crust. Easy right? It’s also refreshing for a hot day, you can whip it up literally in minutes and your good to go!

So yummy!

1 8 0z package of cream cheese softened
1/3 cups of sugar
2 cups thawed whipped topping
2 tablespoons lemonade drink mix (pink lemonade works well)
Your choice pie crust
Fresh fruit for topping

Directions. Beat with an electric mixer the sugar, cream cheese and lemonade mix till blended together. Fold in the whipped topping until blended well. Spoon into your choice of pie crust. I used mini pies and they made 8. Top it off with fresh fruit of choice, and refrigerate at least two hours, (store leftovers in fridge).

Simple and refreshing summer treat!
