Ah, swimsuit season. Almost no one’s favorite- wearing the bathing suit. UGH. We all have our problem areas, and it can be challenging to find the right fit and style. For those of you like me, it’s all about breast support. Nothing else comes close to the annoyance of trying to find a suit that fits right, and holds your chest IN and UP. Oy.

Swimspot has some beautiful bathing suits, tankinis, bikinis, one piece- you name it. For me, this Athena One Piece Bathing Suit is beautiful, but lacks any support. While it covers my chest for the most part, there is no support, no “lift”, and no control. You cannot tighten the straps, either. Swimspot does offer the suit in sizes for women with large breasts, which is great! The same sizes- just a larger cup size, which is hard to find. Now to add some support for those large chested ladies, and we have lift off πŸ™‚ (Hehe.)

I think that this suit would be better suited for woman with small to medium to “normal” sized breasts. The waistline was flattering, the fit is comfortable, and I love the color.

Check out Swimspot’s line of bathing suits- I recommend them for anyone with breasts smaller then DD. (I am DDD, my best friend is DD, she also didn’t fit right into this suit, but it was closer!) TMI? Oh well! Haha. They have some REALLY pretty bathing suits- I am in love with this one– but I need more support then a halter top offers. Sigh. Check out SwimSpot for your bathing suit needs!

  1. I love Swim Spot! I was just looking for a new cover up…thanks for the reminder πŸ™‚

  2. I’m not trying to promote a different company (that’snot even where I bought it), but just wanted to show you a style of halter top. I’m a chesty DD and this type of halter also come as a tankini. I find this style gives great support and coverage. http://www.soma.com/store/browse/product.jsp?&productId=570049567&srccode=cii_10043468&cpncode=33-64425440-2&cmp=CSC_shopzilla

  3. I like the color too. They have some cute suits

  4. I love the color! I’ve seen some great suits on their site!

  5. Swim Spot has some lovely bathing suits. I have one of their tankinis.

  6. I love your swimsuit! I desperately need a new suit, and I’ve got similar chesty issues. I’m somewhere between D and DD, and I never got rid of the baby pudge around my middle (4 months of bedrest in the hospital will do that to you…), so I may need to check them out. πŸ™‚

  7. LOL…well, at least you’re busty! πŸ™‚ It still looks great on you though

  8. It is hard to get a suit that fits mail order isn’t it?

  9. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on the perspective) I do not have your problem…lol! Instead I have no hips so my gut looks big!

  10. I can never wear one piece suits because I have the opposite problem to you… I have a smaller than normal chest for my size and bigger waist and hips… so my tops fall off the other way… love swim season but hate buying swim suits… will definitely check out swim spot
