HALO SleepSack Early Walker Review and Giveaway

HALO SleepSack has been well known for providing comfort as well as warmth to babies for a long time. Recently, however they have produced a new line of products that puts together all of the wonderful things that we are used to, but in a line for kids just a little older. I was happy to review the HALO SleepSack Early Walker for my daughter that just turned 1.

My Thoughts:

As you can see above, my daughters were both big fans. My youngest is still in her SleepSack Wearable Blanket, but with the combination of her walking everywhere and summer just around the corner, I knew that she was definitely ready for the Early Walker SleepSack.

The SleepSack Early Walker comes in 3 different sizes:

• Medium (6-12 months) 26″ to 30″, 16 to 24 pounds
• Large (12-18 months) 30″ to 35″, 22 to 28 pounds
• X-Large (18-24 months) 35″ to 40″, 26 to 36 pounds

I chose to get the Large. My daughter is on the tall side, but not even up to 20 pounds yet. I will admit that even though she is tall, it was still plenty long, that I know that this will definitely grow with her. As you can see in my picture I was also able to have my 3 year old fit in the same sleep sack that I received. She also is tall for her age, and this would fit okay to walk around, but it definitely was not the appropriate size for her, as she is a little tall to really enjoy the blanket aspect of the blanket.

Around 1 year of age for my oldest I believe we started using a blanket very gradually. It completely stressed me out, I was always sneaking into her room to check her out and to make sure that she was alright. I was so happy to be introduced to the Sleep Sack Early Walker and Big Kids. These are both definitely the solution for kids that are a little older that you still might worry about getting buried underneath the blanket. It is also the ultimate solution for those children that toss and turn all the time, and then get cold. You can zip them up and keep them warm in their blankets.

I am very impressed with the HALO Early Walker. I like how it keeps my youngest warm enough, as well as the fact that she can easily walk around in it as well.
