What’s wood and steel with Japanese Quartz movement?  The answer is the new lines of watches from Nature’s Time.  Nature’s Time is currently running an IndieGoGo trying to reach their goal of $100,000 in funding, to further expand their line to include the gorgeous women’s watch.  I was given the opportunity to try out the women’s watch prototype and it is very nice. The wood finish grain is accentuated by the shiny steel and makes for an elegant contrast and eye grabbing style.
The company behind the the watches is built on three core foundations they are : strength, beauty, and compassion.  This is a great watch for both business wear and everyday life.

Natures Time is not only beautiful, but makes a difference in the life of others by assisting bullying victims. As someone who has been a victim of bullying throughout his entire childhood, Christian Panaligan, Natures Time founder, is well aware of the struggles and wants bullying victims to realize that they are not alone. In an effort to lend a helping hand, Christian founded Nature‘s Time. Every watch purchase helps 6 bullying victims. They partnered with Free2Luv as they fight bullying through community outreach, awareness campaigns, and events.

Included with each watch purchase is a 1 year warranty and also a best care and practices card which makes it easy to make sure your watch lasts as long as possible. Something to keep in mind is while the watch is water resistant, it is not suggested you submerge the watch in watch or any other liquid.

Be sure to check out Natures Time Indie Go Go page for more details about their awesome watches and the different styles available.

More About Nature’s Time Watches
Nature‘s Time was created in the heart of San Francisco by founder and active Registered Nurse, Christian Panaligan. Christian was motivated to influence a change after hearing about heartbreaking shootings and suicides linked to bullying. The advent of cyberbullying has made the problem even worse.  As a bullying victim himself, Christian’s escape was nature where he found strength and beauty there. He’s integrated the idea of nature into his vision: to create a beautiful fashion accessory, using natural materials, with the goal to spread compassion and awareness to victims of bullying.
“Through nature, each and every one of us is connected and it’s our time to start making real impact for each other. We don’t know what tomorrow will bring, so why not make the best of today for the good of society?” – Christian
Our Vision
Our vision was not just to create a product, but originated to start a movement. A movement that connects consumers to #endbullying through the use of fashion statements. We wanted to create sustainable eco-friendly, toxic-free products that meets the consumer’s fashion sense.

Our Beliefs

Why ‘Nature‘s Time‘?
Because it is the natural world that brings all of us together and we need to spend more time offering a helping hand. Nature in itself represents beauty, strength, and compassion. These are the same values that each and every one of us should hold as individuals and as a society.

Core Values:
Strength
Beauty
Compassion
Integrating Our Core Values Into the Watches:
The natural beauty of wood,
The man-made strength of steel, and
Our compassionate commitment of giving back
Is how we integrated these attributes in our watches
