You can’t go wrong and there are options for every family member, even the canine ones. Luxury and activity come together to offer stimulation and relaxation.
The first step is choosing the accommodations that work for you and your family. Nemacolin offers three rooming options, the Chateau Lafayette, Falling Rock, and their Lodge. Or if you want more they have townhouses and luxury vacation homes available. Traveling with a four legged companion? Try Nemacolin Wooflands Resort and Spa. No matter which you pick there is no wrong answer when every one is so lovely a retreat from the every day.

Lautrec at the Chateau Lafayette ranks amongst the top dining experiences anywhere in the country. Their Autumn restaurant specializes in farm to table meals that could not be fresher. There are also casual food options like Otis & Henry’s Bar & Grill to be enjoyed during your stay and even PJ’s Ice Cream Parlor.

One of the reasons that my family hasn’t raveled much is because we have dogs. It’s nice to know that something this great offers a place for them to stay. It gets expensive boarding them (and it’s traumatic for them) and friends aren’t always available to help watch them. This is great, thanks for sharing!
In the future, I would hope to be able to travel more often. As a matter of fact, this destination appears to be lovely.

Nemacolin is expensive, but the attention to service and detail is present. Dinner at Lautrec is a once-in-a-life experience that you should try to do if possible. The breakfast at Rockwell’s was very good and we enjoyed a drink at the poolside bar at Falling Rock. The shuttle service is prompt and easy. There’s a wide range of outdoor activities or you can just walk the grounds.
This resort looks amazing. The rooms are so cosy, there seems to be an activity for every personality type and the food looks delicious. So much to do in one resort. Definitely a family vacation winner. Thanks for sharing.
