I most definitely always seem to be on the lookout for the perfect purse. I’m pretty picky about specifics of the purses I use, so I don’t always find one that I like. I do admit that when I finally find the one I like, I typically keep it for a very long time. I am happy to share with you my new Tori Purse in Natural Linen from Velvet Pepper.

PMD-Personal Microderm Device and Skin Care Line Review & Giveaway

Pmd PackageI have such sensitive skin, and it is hard for me to find products that I can use on my face that doesn’t cause one problem or another. Honestly, I can say that since I have found the specific products that work out for my face I am usually a little bit skeptical to try new things. However, I was very excited to be able to give the PMD device as well as the PMD Skin Care Line a try.

  • 1 Personal Microderm
  • 7 exfoliating discs (1 white training, 2 green, and 4 blue)
  • 1 electric cord

When you are regularly using the Personal Microderm, you should use a cell renewal or gentle skin resurfacing cream, and I was happy to be able to try out the PMD Daily Regeneration System – Starter Kit with my microdermabrasion tool.

How To Use:

**On the first treatment, you should use the training disc on the neck to test how the skin will react to treatments from the PMD.

  1. First you need to choose a disc. (Small Disc is used for face and delicate areas & Large Disc is used on your body specifically) (White-Training Disc, Blue-Sensitive Skin, Green-Medium strength, Red-Maximum Strength)
  2. Insert the disc by pushing down carefully.
  3. Use a free hand to pull the skin tight in the treatment area.
  4. Move the PMD Personal Microderm in an upward motion across the skin. (Do not make more than two passes over one area during the treatment.
  5. After the treatment use a toner to neutralize the pH balance in the skin and a recovery moisturizer.
  6. Let your skin recover. Wait 6-7 days between treatments.

Easy Beauty – MakeUp That Feels as Good as it Looks

If you are anything like me, you see Spring as a time of renewal, and are trying to get your mojo back. I am trying to find my style after too many years of not trying very hard, and that includes learning how to put on and use makeup properly. I love Pür Minerals because the colors last, it’s a nice texture, they are mineral based, and best of all- Pür Minerals does NOT test its products on animals- which for me is very important. Also, as I am a novice with makeup, I appreciate that they have videos on application tips and how-to’s.

The Skin Regime-Boot Camp for Beautiful Skin Review and Giveaway

I was lucky enough to be able to receive The Skin Regime–Boot Camp for Beautiful Skin Book and a sample peel to try out. I am still young enough that my skin isn’t too bad yet, but as I’m getting older, I can definitely see all the changes that are happening to it! I was so happy to be able to receive the book, as well as a sample peel to help bring my skin back to it’s “glory days”. 🙂

The Skin Regime-Boot Camp for Beautiful Skin by Dana Ramos is a very informative book. Throughout this book, Dana breaks down all the lies from other companies, as well as all the different ways that we waste our money.

In the book, Dana really breaks down the information that you need to have Beautiful Skin, (All over, not just on your face). She informs you about the basic skin care routines that you need to be doing. She writes about Sunscreen, as well as make-up and how to pick exactly what you need.
