Hair can be a bit of a shot in the dark this time of year. With rainy days, followed by cold days, then humid hot days, your hair is at a loss, mostly due to frizz out. Normally reaching out far the stars is a good thing, but with hair not so much. Ideally we want hair that stays where we put it. One such way to do this is with hair straighteners. Hair straighteners take frizzy, curly, or wavy hair and make it straight. This is particularly helpful for people with these kinds of hair but also helps ease the frizz due to weather and other odd occurrences.
Other hair straightening processes are just that a processes, which takes time, energy and money. One of the great aspects of Aveda Smooth Infusion Naturally Straight, is its ease of use.
Below are the steps which should be taken when using the product:
Step 1: Shower and wash your hair as usual.
Step 2: Apply Aveda Naturally Straight to towel-dried, still damp hair. Depending on hair length and thickness, start by using approximately a small coin sized drop of Aveda Naturally Straight styling creme, applying it one section at a time. This is similar to the application of the Style Prep Smoother
Step 3: Blow-dry hair straight using the brush of your choice. Flat iron if desired. After five consecutive applications of Naturally Straight, hair will stay straight for up to three washes.
Simple, easy, and of course able to be done at home or when tucked into a gym bag and on the go. After using the product a few times, blow-dry time will be reduced. This product works well for both thin and chick hair so no matter your frizz or poof there is a good chance Naturally Straight will help.
My hair in the above photo was dried naturally, no blow dryer, after 2 uses of the Aveda. It was smooth, straight, frizz free- and smelled really nice as well, bonus!

It seems the older I get the more curly my hair gets. I have been just going with the flow and letting it curl.
