This weather is great for the beach and for barbecues, but it can wreak havoc on skin. If you have a baby, you know that their skin is extra sensitive year round, so it’s no surprise that hot and steamy weather might bother baby a little more then usual.

This is going to sound nuts, but Boudreaux’s is THE BEST product for runners! Seriously, whether you wear runderwear or go commando, running more than a few miles is going to cause something private and tender to chafe or rub. The smaller tubes are great for travel. Unlike some products targeted to runners, this lasts the entire race (even through a marathon). So…I may just have a tube or two of the yellow variety under the sink in my kid-free home.
