Contests as Entries

Just for clarification- you can enter each contest you enter as an entry. If you enter one, add one entry. If you enter 5, add 5. One post per contest. Must be a CURRENT contest, LOL, no fair counting the expired ones!
I will make sure to add this into future blog “rules” for clarification 🙂

Thanks for asking!

Also- PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL- some people think I can find it in their profiles, however this is not always the case. I can’t always see it, sometimes they are blocked, or just don’t show it. PLEASE leave your email if you want to be contacted with a win.

Thanks!

Winner- Executive Gift Shoppe!

Winner- Cassandra!
Congrats!

Going to bed! Feeling a bit better :)

Ok all, LOL, I was semi-productive today!  See, I got up a few contests and reviews, got on Twitter and FaceBook, and I even attended a Twitter Party (which I can rarely do since most happen during working hours).   I had been wanting to attend one from this brand forever, and I figured since I was home anyway, I should shake and bake, right?
Got laundry done and went to the grocery store, even!  Why did I take the day off, again?  To “rest”?  Mommies don’t get that, do we?  Haha.
While I am feeling better then yesterday, I still feel all sorts of Ewww….I had planned to lay on the couch and watch bad TV all day.  Little Man had other ideas…..LOL

Now I am going to take lots of cold and flu meds and be done with this whole “awake” thing, haha.   Hope you are all well!

A Real Must-Have- Star Kids! Review and Contest

As you guys know, this momma loves to travel. And my Little Man and I are in the car quite a bit- our Pre-K is not so close to home! It’s a 45 minute drive each way- so we spend some time in the car, and Little in his car seat.
I was recently sent an amazing (wonderful, fantastic, I-love-this-so-much-I can’t-even-tell-you) product from Star Kids called the Snack and Play Travel Tray.
It is super easy to use- you just wrap the strap around the back of the car seat, put the tray on the lap area of the car seat, and viola! A tray for your sweetie! They can play on it, eat on it, read or color, anything.

I have to tell you, now that I have the Snack and Play Travel Tray, I don’t know what I did without it. It is one of those AHA!!!! moments.
My Little Man drives me insane to and from work in the mornings- “MOMMY! I DROPPED IT!!!!!” and tears until I pull the car over and find whatever he has dropped, or he cries when he drops it again and I won’t pull over multiple times. (I do have to get there on time!) It is one of those things about my lovie that I don’t really like- he is a buggar in the car. Always has been. The other [Read more…]

Sick….

Hey all- momma’s not doing so well today.  Left work early and requested tomorrow off…
I have 2 posts I am really going to try to get up later tonight, after a little rest.  I feel really badly.  I never take off work, so if that is an indicator- I really don’t feel well.
In the meantime, there are some fun giveaways going on right now, so have fun with them  🙂

Pillsbury Toaster Strudel Contest

Pillsbury is a great go-to brand when it come to baking to me. I definitely think of them when I need to make a cake, cupcakes, or muffins in a hurry, and don’t have time to do the whole “from scratch” thing.
My husband loves Pillsbury Toaster Strudels, so when I had the chance to share this fun product with you guys, I couldn’t pass it up!
The commercials compare Toaster Strudels to other kinds of toaster pastries. The difference being, that you can put your own designs on them yourself with the little pouch given. This adds an element of fun to breakfast or dessert (or snack, whenever you choose!)
They are also flaky, and more “gooey” then other boxed breakfast pastries.
I am not a huge fan of super-sweet things, but as I said, my husband LOVES them. He chose Boston Cream Toaster Strudels, which he had never had. He and Little Man tried them out for the first time after dinner one night, as a dessert. (Kamikaze was in BIG trouble, she was not getting dessert that night- sorry! No one ever said being a mom was easy…sigh.)
Can you tell Little likes it?
Dad put the frosting on one, Little on the other. Guess who did which one? Haha.

We were sent other fun stuff, too. Here is a pic of our Pillsbury Toaster Strudel fun pack from My Blog Spark;

Looks like fun, right?
Little Man loved the Pillsbury Dough Boy toy. He does his signature giggle “huh-hmmm!” when you hug him. The smiley face place-mat, giant mug, and ball were fun additions as well.

When your morning routine has you in a hurry, make it a better morning with Pillsbury Toaster Strudel frozen pastries. A simple pleasure with sweet filling, creamy icing, and flaky crust, Pillsbury Toaster Strudel pastries are the ones everyone will want to eat – and decorate too! Since every Toaster Strudel pastry can be personalized with your own icing design, your family can gather around the table to kick off the day with a fun delight that will keep everyone smiling all day long!

Now you have the chance to show us what kind of icing artist you are with the “Doodle on A Strudel” Facebook application. [Read more…]
