We decided to try our new Tyson products after Little Man’s new dance class- he is always super hungry afterward. Kids are usually hungry after sports, did you notice that? As a former athlete, I can personally attest to that, haha.

Our shop this time was not so smooth- even though we called ahead to make sure that our Wal-Mart carried the new Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches, they did not once we got there. So we decided to make our own with the Tyson Chicken patties and Tyson Chicken strips. Never say never, right? 😛
We were super bummed out- they were also all out of the mini “Joker” figurine and the ZhuZhu “Chunk”- so this was just not our day, haha. Cest La Vie, yes? Moving on!!!
My son loved his chicken patty sandwich, and Kamikaze wanted one as well. We almost never give the kids frozen meals, but do on occasion do frozen chicken nuggets and chicken strips.fish sticks (and things like that) if we are REALLY strapped for time. Kamikaze wanted hers with mustard, Little wanted his with ketchup.

We love Tyson..the mini sandwiches are an after school fav at my house.
Maybe they just ran out and hadn’t gotten them in by the time you went shopping for yours?? I dunno, out local store would have done the same to me but trying to be the devil’s advocate.

I’m with Crystal. I’m a frozen kind of gal myself. 🙂 They sound good even though I don’t buy much frozen chicken.
Sadly Tyson has some of the worst food practices in the country. Affordable but the lasting price to health and the planet just are not worth it I think.
Yummy stuff but yucky when you know where it came from and what is really in it.

How cute he looked dancing and frozen food is great for no time but a tasty treat is needed.
His class looks like fun. It’ll be fun for him. Those sandwiches look yummy. I’m going to have to try those.
